I have over twelve years of volleyball coaching and playing experience. I have coached both girls and boys at various age levels. Besides coaching club volleyball for twelve years, I have coached middle school and High School Varsity. I received my Master’s degree in Education from Marquette University. I am extremely passionate when it comes to competition and love the sport of volleyball.

I started playing volleyball in 3rd grade and have loved the sport ever since. I started playing club volleyball in 8th grade and played through my senior year. I went on to play volleyball as a setter at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL. I started coaching while in college about eight years ago. I moved to the Chicago area after completing school in 2014, and began coaching with DIVC that same year.  This year I have been promoted to club director and I am excited to be part of multiple DIVC teams.  This is my sixth year with the club now and I look forward to another great season!

I am currently going into my 7th year of coaching at DIVC. I have been playing volleyball for 8 years including years of middle school and 4 years at Hoffman Estates High School, In addition to playing on the varsity level for 3 years, I was honored with being varsity captain. I am also a proud DIVC alumni, spending 3 successful seasons at a club I love so much. I went on to play at Harper College as a starting outside hitter, where my team won the Regional and National Championships my first year, and we were national runner-up the second year. Currently I am a nurse and love helping others.

As a dedicated “super-fan” of DIVC since my sister, Marielle, first played in the club, I have always made an effort to offer my support here. My volleyball career started in high school, where I was both a player for the boys’ JV and varsity teams, as well as a manager for the girls’ teams. While attending Harper College, I played in recreational leagues until I transferred to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. There, I pursued an engineering degree, and helped lead the men’s club volleyball team as a co-captain. Though I am primarily an outside hitter, I have plenty of experience to offer insight on a variety of positions and skills. I am excited to be entering my 4th year with DIVC.

This is my first season coaching with DIVC! I started playing volleyball in 6th grade and played all through high school until my senior year. I helped as an assistant coach at my previous school, but then I took a step back from it until I found DIVC, and I couldn’t be more excited for this new journey as a coach. I’m looking forward to the upcoming season this year and to many more in the years to come. I am backed by such an amazing set of coaches and team!

This is my sixth year of coaching volleyball, with this season being my third with DIVC.  I have played volleyball since freshman year in high school and played as a ds/libero and setter.  I went on to play Division 1 NAIA Collegiate level volleyball for three years.  I am also a sergeant in the United States Army!

I have been playing volleyball for 8 years including middle school, high school, and club volleyball. But due to injuries that I could not bounce back from, I had to sadly stop playing. That didn’t mean volleyball left my life for good. I continued to go to practices and games and helped out anyway I could. Volleyball has always been a part of me. I’m also currently at Harper College in hopes of becoming a Physician’s Assistant. I’m so excited to be coaching with DIVC this season!!

I have been playing volleyball since I was 12 years old, starting in middle school.  I went on to play four years at Schaumburg High School and currently play at Harper College as a ds/libero.  I have multiple years coaching summer camps and clinics.  I am as passionate about coaching volleyball as I am about playing, and I am really excited to be part of DIVC.

I have been playing volleyball for almost nine years and still continue to play to this day.  In that time I have also been a head coach for club volleyball for three years and an assistant coach for two years.  I played outside and middle throughout high school and college.  I enjoy competing in many volleyball tournaments including USA nationals.  Also, I have had the honor of assistant coaching a team to national runner ups.  This was at Harper College.  I am currently finishing school where I am pursuing a degree in engineering.  I really look forward to being part of DIVC.

I have played volleyball since 5^thgrade and fell in love with the sport right away!  When I was 12, I started playing club volleyball, I played at various clubs in the surrounding areas, at national levels traveling everywhere around the United States. I met some pretty amazing people that I am still in contact with today! When going on to high school, I was a 4-year varsity captain. I specialized as a right side/setter but honestly loved playing anywhere. I still actively play volleyball in recreation league and have coached in different locations over the past few years! I am extremely excited to be part of DIVC for the upcoming season and cannot wait to watch some great volleyball matches!

Volleyball has always been a major part of my life. I started playing the sport in 7th grade and then club in 8th.  I’ve played for my school & was a player at DIVC for 4 years where we won multiple tournaments including National Qualifiers. I then went on to play volleyball for the Illinois State Women’s Club VB team. We traveled out of state for our tournaments including our Nationals tournament in Denver, Colorado where we won our bracket. Even though my time was cut short due to COVID I was able to share my love of the sport by coaching. I am also a high school PE & Health teacher where I share my passion for fitness & health with my students.
